In a SEEV system, everyone is an election observer. Every voter can check that their vote is correctly captured and recorded, while maintaining the secrecy of the ballot. Everyone in the public can verify that the tally is correctly computed from the recorded votes without relying on any trusted tallying authorities.

Feng Hao is a Professor of Security Engineering and Head of the Systems and Security (SAS) research theme in the Department of Computer Science, University of Warwick.

Gareth founded Global Initiative in 1999 after completing a Chemistry degree at Oxford. He began his career in what was then known as “web design,” recognizing early on the potential of the emerging digital landscape. Today, Gareth focuses on shaping the company’s commercial strategy, building strong client relationships, and contributing to brand development.

Chris co-founded Global Initiative in 1999 while completing his MA in Biological Sciences at the University of Oxford. With over 25 years of experience in project delivery, he has successfully overseen more than 500 digital projects.
